When can my returns request be rejected?
  • If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged or scratched.

How long will it take to deliver the goods?
  • Due to high demands, if the goods are in stock delivery will be done in 4 working days
  • If the goods are not in stock, we would need minimum 30 working days.
How do you ship the goods?

Ricci Milan L.L.C. uses local courier company to deliver the goods or in some rare case you could have our representative shipping the goods.
